  • Processing your birth story in a safe, supportive environment

  • Light tidying to create a peaceful recovery space

  • Baby care instruction and hands-on support

  • Expert breastfeeding guidance and troubleshooting

  • Engaging older children to help them adjust

  • Optional add-ons for extended hourly support

Initial meeting: $100 for 3-hour visit

Additional hourly support: $40/hr (9a–9p) or $55/hr (9p–9a) with a 2-hour minimum
